Live Performance

In the fall of 2025, Electronic Image collaborated with Charmaine Lee to create and perform live visuals for her performances at Fruitmarket Gallery in Edinburgh, Scotland. Presented as part of Deep Time: I See Red, a festival of experimental music curated by Raven Chacon, the performances brought together voice, electronics, and real-time visual processing in an immersive, tightly integrated live environment.

Electronic Image was responsible for the development of custom animated visual assets, the sequencing and structuring of those materials for live processing, and the real-time manipulation of visuals during the performance. Designed to remain responsive to Lee’s vocal gestures and electronic textures, the visuals functioned as an active, performative layer—shifting, destabilizing, and recomposing in tandem with the sound
